it is ASSET MANAGEMENT.


With services provided from depots in London and East Sussex

City Escapes can be found on a weekly basis in London, Essex, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. 


Because we provide a good reliable, HS aware and pro active service a high proportion of our work comes through recommendation thus the extensive area of coverage.


As we see them, the grounds around your buildings form part of the overall asset of the freeholder and therefore well kept grounds can help to increase the value of the asset either in capital terms or through enhanced letting rates and so maximising return on the initial investment. In addition, to the Tenant Occupier the grounds invariably create a "first impression".


With this in mind we are proactive in our approach and often report to property managers potential problems with any aspect of the site. This could be a blocked drain, a broken light or an impeded fire escape route.

 

 

We provide a service of scheduled visits to each site that is tailored to the requirements of the location. Our costings will be based on an annual charge divided by twelve to give a constant monthly invoice total unless additional items are required.

We are especially proud of our involvement with the Commonwealth War Graves Commission with whom we have worked since 1994 tending the Cemeteries of those who gave for us. The works performed have to be to an exacting standard, quite rightly, and we are proud to be either at or close to the best performing contractor in the UK area.
